Attended international academic conferences held in Russia, Spain, Belarus, Lithuania, Ukraine, Iran and Georgia. I addressed to the international conference dedicated to the 80th anniversary of National Leader Heydar Aliyev, organized in Kiev in 2003.
PUBLISHED BOOKS, WORKING PAPERS AND MONOGRAPHS
Authored 14 books and more than 70 research papers. Some of my research papers have been published in the Republic of Turkey. Moreover, monograph on the theme of “Heydar Aliyev and Book Culture of Azerbaijan” has been submitted for publication.
TEACHING
The Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan: Courses taught at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan include an undergraduate lecture on “Speech Culture” and a graduate lecture on “Pedagogy in Higher Education” for Political Sciences, Law, International Relations, Administration, Public and Municipal Administration students, as well as guidance to thesis and dissertation processes.
