Was born on December 16, 1966 in Baku. Has left high school number 190 in 1983. In 1983 has entered on the mechanic-mathematical faculty of the Baku State University and has ended in 1988. In 2005 has defended dissertation “Development of the concurrency control algorithms based on the timestamp ordering method in distributed databases” and received the academic rank – candidate of technical sciences. Married. She has two children.
