BRIEF BIOGRAPHIC INFORMATION

She was born in the region of Gadabay in 1964.

Studied in the Faculty of Library Science of Baku State University (BSU) in1981-1986;

1990, Central Children`s Library named after V.G.Belinski;

1990-2001, Centralized Library System of the Region of Kazakh;

2007, BSU, Faculty of library science-information, Department of Bibliographic science, teacher.

2008-2013,  BSU, Candidate for a degree in the Department of Bibliographic science;

March 13, 2015.  She defended phd thesis on “Library-bibliographic information provision system of the regions Republic of Azerbaijan: current situation and prospects (the years of 2000-2012) (on the basis of materials of the economic regions of Ganja-Kazakh, Guba-Khachmaz, Lenkoran).

On July 22, 2016 she was awarded a degree of Doctor of Philosophy in History.

At present, she is a teacher at the Department of Bibliographic science.

She is a member of New Azerbaijan Party

She is married and have got a child.

In 2015 she defended phd thesis on “Library-bibliographic information provision system of the regions Republic of Azerbaijan: current situation and prospects (the years of 2000-2012) (on the basis of materials of the economic regions of Ganja-Kazakh, Guba-Khachmaz, Lenkoran). 3356.01- “Library science, Bibliography and Bibliology” .

On July 22, 2016  she was awarded a degree of Doctor of Philosophy in History.

  1. She made a speech on "Thoughts on the language of the modern Azerbaijani literature" in "Tagiyev`s readings" International Scientific Conference (2006 - June 1-2), Baku Slavic University, the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
  2. Made a speech on "Modern situation of the placement of library-information resources in the economic region of Ganja-Kazakh" at Scientific Conference (December 15, 2011) dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Abuzar Ali oghlu Khalafov, honoured scientist, academician of the International Informatization Academy under UN, a presidential scholar, head of the Department of Library science and information, doctor of historical sciences, professor at Baku State University, the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
  3. Made a speech on "Modern situation of information provision of the economic region of Lenkoran" at Republican Scientific Conference (May 2, 2013) about "Issues of book and library in H.Aliyev`s heritage" dedicated to the 90th birthday anniversary of  National Leader Heydar Aliyev.
  4. Made a speech on "Modern situation of staffing of the libraries in the regions of Azerbaijan Republic" at Republican Scientific Conference (May 7, 2015) about "Modern problems of library-information activity and library science in modern age" dedicated to 92th birthday anniversary of National Leader Heydar Alirza oghlu Aliyev.
