Is coordinator on international relations of Azerbaijan Library Development Association. Is one of founders of American-Azerbaijani Culture and Education Foundation established in USA(Bloomington, Indiana).
Besides of mother tong knows Russian and English. Reads and translates with dictionary texts on Polish and Bulgarian. Has experience of work with contemporary office software and applied librarian software.
