He was born in 1980.

He was studied in the faculty of Librarianship and information of Baku State University from 1997 till 2001 years.

He received a master's degree from 2001 till 2003 years in the same university.

Author more than 50 scientific articles, 1 monograph, 1 textbook, 4 topic of the program, more than 300 literary and journalistic articles.

Editor more than 30 books, columnist and author of the foreword.

He is a member of Azerbaijan Poets Organization.

He is married and has 2 children.

He has 10 fiction books.

EDUCATİON AND ACADEMİC DEGREES OBTAİNED

He graduated the secondary school in 1997 and entered the Baku State University in the same year.

2001-2003- State University, master's degree

2006-2008- Graduated Institute of Literature named after Nizami.

In 2012 he received the title of PHD, in 2013, docent.

BACKGROUND

In 2005, the University Library and Publishing Department, lecturer, docent (2013), Deputy Dean at Department of Bibliography and Edition(2013)

He teaches “The history of book publishing work”, “Management and organization of publishing work” etc.

AWARDS

In 2004, the Ministry of Youth, Sports and Tourism, "a poem of the Year" award winner.

In 2008 he was awarded the Presidential scholarship for young writers.

International Organization of Turkish Culture in 2013 - was awarded a diploma of the organization.

In 2013, the World Young Turkish Writers Union, "Turkish World Service Award" was awarded.

Diploma with the 100th anniversary of the Azerbaijani People's Republic( 2018,Cultural Center of Istanbul)
