He was born on August 24, 1985 in Baku, Azerbaijan.
In 2003-2008, she completed a bachelor's degree in library and bibliography at the Library and Information Faculty of the Baku State University.
In 2008-2010 she graduated with honors from the master's degree of the Library and Information Faculty of the Baku State University, the Department of Library Resources and Information Retrieval Systems, specializing in the formation and use of book funds.
In 2011, the dissertant was admitted to the Chair of Library Resources and Information Retrieval Systems of the Baku State University, majoring in Library Science and Bibliography; bibliology and works on the topic "Information Resources of the Republican Scientific Pedagogical Library: Formation and Prospects" .
In 2010-2011, with distinction, he graduated from the tutor course (academic adviser) jointly organized by the Baku State University and the Azerbaijan Association of Research and Education Networks.

In 2003-2011 she worked as a head of the laboratory at the Institute of Geology of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan.
Since July 8, 2011, she still works as a tutor at the Library and Information Faculty of the Baku State University.

Research area: Library information technologies, the role and influence of information resources on libraries, application of new technologies for libraries.
