Was born in 1980 in area Bilasuvar.
In 1997 has left school № 4 cities of Bilasuvar with distinction.
In 1999-2000 Served in ranks of the army of Azerbaijan.
In 2002 has arrived on faculty of library science-information of the Baku State University.
In 2006 has ended a bachelor degree, and in 2008 a magistracy with distinction.
From November, 2005 till October, 2008 held a post of the vice-president of the organization of student's trade union of Baku State University.
Since October, 1st of 2008 year works on chair of library resources and it is information- search systems.
