BRIEF BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

  • On 25 July in 1981, he was born in Baku;
  • In 1988-1998 years he studied at the school number 13 in Baku;
  • In 1998-2002 he studied on bachelor at the Librarian-information faculty of Baku State University;
  • In 2002-2004, he successfully obtained a master's degree in library and information education at Baku State University;
  • 2002-2004 годах учился в магистратуре Библиотечно-информационного факультета  БГУ, и успешно получил степень магистра в области библиотечно-информационного образования;
  • In 2004-2005 years he was in military service;
  • In 2006-2015 years he was the candidate for a degree of the Library Science department at the Librarian-information faculty of Baku State University. Under the scientific guidance of the doctor of historical sciences, professor A.A.Khalafov he completed his thesis entitled «The fund of periodical press of the Azerbaijan National Library named after M.F.Akhundov: history, current status, reader service and prospects (1923-2007)». November 12, 2015 at the Library Science department in Librarian-information faculty of Baku State University this thesis was approved at the public defense;
  • On March 10, 2017, at the meeting No. 03, at the One-time Dissertation Council which created at the Baku State University successfully defending the thesis on the theme «The fund of periodical press of the Azerbaijan National Library named after M.F.Akhundov: history, current status, reader service and prospects (1923-2007)» and was awarded a Ph.D. in history, specializing in 3356.01 - "Library science, Bibliography science and Bibliology";
  • He is married and has two children.

LABOR ACTIVITY

  • Since 17.03.2004 till present time he has been working a part time as a bibliographer in Scientific Library of the Baku State University
  • From the 2014-2015 school year, he started teaching part time in the Library Science department at the Librarian-information faculty of Baku State University.
