A brief biographic information

He was born in intelligent family in Dara village of Basar khechar region of
Western Azerbaijan in 15 April, in 1961. In 1978 he finished secondary school.
During 1979-1981 he has been in army.
In 1983- 1988 he studied at the Librarianship faculty of Azerbaijan State University.
After graduating the University he worked at the Children Library named after F. Kocharly as a head Methodist and the chief of department for five years by assign.
During 1994- 1998 he worked at Baku State University as a head laboratory assistant, a chief of laboratory,
Post- graduate student, a teacher, a head teacher and he took a post of docent.
At present he is a deputy of dean at Librarianship- information faculty.
He is married. He has two (2) sons.
